Casey instinctively knew in early childhood that she had an undeniable sensitivity and deep love for all animals, and most especially for those in need.
Through the years, her hopes and dreams to one day save abandoned, stray, high risk dogs grew into what’s now an actual mission through the founding of River Rock Dog Rescue.
And while there were no ‘instruction manuals’ for making it all happen, she knew the calling itself was bigger than any ‘how-to’ guide could actually cover, and that positive change would come only through hands-on work, direct involvement, extreme dedication, and an unwavering willingness to fight for what is right and fair, in order to save the dogs at risk.
